My name is Fischer and have been a customer of Execu-Pawn for the past 6 months. I had my own business which collapsed few months ago and this has put me in a poor situation.

Having to Pawn things for survival purpose is a very difficult choice to make. And when you have no alternative choice, one thinks of the terrible treatment you receive or are going to receive from Pawn Shop owners. They make you feel like a low-life moron, who is so desperate, that they can take advantage of.

I have to confess that Execu-Pawn is different. At Execu-Pawn, you are treated with dignity and courtesy. Jenny(the owner) and her staff are amazing! I wish other pawn shop owners and their staff can learn the meaning of excellent customer service from Execu-Pawn. Keep up the good work. Although you may not remember this I have had dealings with you from your Yeoville Days at "Andy's" (this I imagine would have been some 17 years ago).

I have had many dealings with Traders/Execu-Pawn, but more-so over the last 6 years and this is a commendation long overdue. Well done, you run a legitimate, no-nonsense, business and in addition to this the one virtue I have had the privilege to witness is that you treat customers with respect whilst also holding regulars in high regard. Yours my dear Jenny, is not just an income but a business built on sympathy, kindness and a willingness to assist the community in various ways. I have even seen you cogitating as to how you could accommodate some "way-out-there requests" :-) .

To the staff - always helpful, accommodating and bearing a smile, nice to see the same faces over and over again. Remember your staff, they keep you up they, they make your business.
